Me, Myself, and i

Hi, my name is Penelope Williams, but you can call me Penny. I was born in and raised in a small town called Oxford, and ended up in the Lancaster area due to choosing to go to Millersville University. Throughout high school, I have always wanted to do something with design, from architecture to interior design, so I always took on those classes that would educate me within similar areas.

Throughout high school, I also did dual enrollment with a college called Cecil County Community College to help build my future credits for when I graduated from high school. My time at Cecil gave me more opportunities to figure out what I wanted to do, since the main focus was general education credits. During this time, I would pick up and register for any classes that had something to do with art or design, so I would stay creative and avoid burnout. At first, the professors are what made me rethink my career path since I wasn’t enjoying it to the fullest, but it only takes one professor, and I was blessed to have him in my senior year for a drawing course. He changed my perspective on how I see design and work completely, by telling my class that you have to focus on the progression to get to the final product, you can’t learn anything without that.

Ever since then, I have loved the creative design process of building concepts and ideas from scratch. Now, I am about to graduate in May with my Bachelor's in Interactive and Graphic Design with a passion for branding, packaging, and website design during my time at school. I love the different styles that everyone has and being able to make their dreams become a reality.
